Hank Stewart is a Construction Executive at CMC Development & Construction with more than 50 years of construction industry experience. Hank brings extensive leadership experience delivering large-scale, complex projects across higher education, healthcare, K–12, corporate campuses, public infrastructure, and mission-critical facilities.
Throughout his career, Hank has overseen some of the region’s most technically demanding and high-profile projects, including major university research facilities, large corporate campuses, public safety operations centers, and multi-phase institutional developments. His experience includes work on projects such as Rice University research facilities, Baylor College of Medicine laboratory build-outs, ExxonMobil’s 385-acre corporate campus, Moody Gardens Phase III, and large-scale Texas Department of Criminal Justice accelerated construction programs.
Hank’s background includes managing projects with highly specialized requirements, such as vibration-sensitive research laboratories, mission-critical emergency operations centers, performing arts facilities, athletic complexes, and large campus renovations. His leadership emphasizes constructability, risk mitigation, schedule discipline, and coordination across multiple stakeholders and regulatory environments.
OSHA 30-Hour certified and trained in CPR, First Aid, and AED response, Hank maintains a strong commitment to jobsite safety and operational accountability. At CMC, he serves as a senior resource to project teams and leadership, providing strategic guidance, mentorship, and oversight to ensure complex projects are executed with precision, quality, and professionalism.
